Design Concepts and Scoping
We generate multiple interior and exterior design directions so you can react to something real, not blueprints, and lock in a clear project scope.

3D Visualization & Materials
Walk through your renovation before we build. Pick finishes, fixtures and cabinetry from curated, budget-aligned options. 3D visualization is optional and available at additional cost.
- 04Step 4
Fixed-Price Proposal
You approve a detailed scope with fixed-price or time-and-material line items. No hidden markups on materials.
- 05Step 5
Licensed Subs & Build
We coordinate TX-licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC and irrigation pros. One PM, one schedule, one accountable team.
- 06Step 6
Inspections & Handoff
We handle city permits and inspections, run our own QC checklist, and walk the project with you before final payment.
